The aging Vincennes Executive Inn, the last remaining of the four hotels built by Bob Green in the 1970s and 80’s, will be demolished, recycled, and redeveloped by Andrews Oil. The Andrews’ have chosen Klenck Company to complete the demolition once International Content Liquidators has sold the remaining furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
The 134,000 square foot complex will be demolished by a number of excavators including the Volvo 360 UHD and LaBounty MDP20 Concrete Processor, concrete cracking and steel shearing UP 30s attached to Volvo 330s and various demolition support machines. Once the building is demolished and processed, the concrete will be custom crushed onsite and reused on future site development projects.
